This is the so-called table sake of the Hiokizakura range, whose priority is to bring out the flavour of the rice. Due to the complete fermentation of the starch in the sake, it has a Nihonshu-do of +10, which is generally considered to be a very dry sake, which is counterbalanced by a reassuring sweetness from the rice.
